This past weekend I co-hosted the styling event with Alex from Adored by Alex at Cheeky Vintage. I knew I had to pick the perfect vintage piece to wear and picked this 2 piece blue floral outfit. The blue floral against the blue background is a great transitional floral that goes from winter to spring. The splashes of bright blue are what keeps it fresh and bright. A neat feature about this outfit is the top is actually a crop top over the dress. This is my favorite part because I can wear the dress with a solid blazer, or wear the top with some denim. 1 outfit with so many different options. The scalloped edge in the top makes it girly and updated while the length is such a classic look.

It just gives the look of vintage meets modern. I am a sucker for anything blue so my eyes were immediately drawn to this number. I had so much fun showing the guests my favorite Cheeky Vintage finds for spring. There was a lot of stripes, fun prints and of course floral. It was so great mingling and talking fashion. I love meeting new people and actually putting a name to a face. With blogging it seems like I know people by their instagram name sometimes before I know their first name. It is so nice to make connections while having a fun time shopping as well. Cheeky Vintage is always bringing in new finds and is my favorite destination for one-of-a-kind finds!
