I went to Washington D.C. last week for the first time for some training certifications for work and got to explore the city some. There is so much history there and all of their architecture is amazing, which I loved. My favorite area was Georgetown with the cute little row houses and all of the great shops. Once I was back to Houston I got to spend some much needed time with my mom and brother as well. This is probably one of my favorite holidays celebrating my best friend and role model for Mothers Day. Throughout the weekend I wanted to be casual and comfy. There is nothing better than getting off of a plane ride, showering, and putting your sweats on. This sweater is one of my most comfortable pieces and I love the deep V-neck collegiate flare to it. An oversized sweater is sometimes the best option especially if you have been pigging out on good food all week 😉 An all white look makes this outfit more spring like. Paired with denim cut offs it would make a great cool summer night look as well. Leopard to me can never go wrong with any outfit. With all white this leopard bucket bag was the perfect added touch to tie it all together. What are some of your favorite laid back looks?
