A Little Tassel

Tassels, tassels, and more tassels what is not to love about this cute little embellishment. White has got to be the coolest color right now especially since it has broken triple digits here! I have been wearing this a little tassel tunic with everything lately. From pairing it over my swimsuits, to wearing shorts or these classic skinny jeans it goes well with so much. One of my favorite things about summer style is being able to just throw something on over your swimsuit and add flip flops and go. During the weekends I always like to wear a simple outfit and especially if it is a transitional piece as well. It is so nice to just go from the pool and put skinnies and wedges on for a quick freshen up. A little tassel like this can add so much to an otherwise easy look.

When it comes to tunics and tops it is all about the detail which really drives my overall shopping splurges. This top doesn’t skimp on that with the navy and gold stripe fabric on the side and on the front. It gives an otherwise basic look a little update. I have started buying a lot of summer items on sale right now as I just booked my flight to Puerto Rico to go on a 7 day cruise for Thanksgiving. I haven’t been on one in 2 years and I can’t wait. It will be nice to spend some quality time with my parents. This outfit would be perfect to be lounging around and then paired with some nude wedges for a fun night out.
