There is something about white and stripes that just go so well together in the summer. I am pretty sure this is the summer wardrobe being that it is preppy and light. This whole year I feel like I wear white skinny jeans and do not just limit it to between labor day and Easter. Yes that fashion rule was broken a long time ago in my book. They just go well with so many things and you can’t limit them to just a little time of the year. Also, can we talk about this easy striped comfy top! I bought this over tax free weekend and have been throwing it over my denim shorts and flats for a casual look. I tend to buy a lot more tops than pants when I go shopping because I can mix and match a lot better I feel like. I typically wear the same pants and just mix and match tops. This striped number also is great for an easy swimsuit cover up too!
I think I will be packing this top to the vineyards with my skinnies and short booties when I go labor day weekend. My mom and I just booked a trip together and we can not wait! It will be our first mother daughter trip and our first trip to California. We will be staying in Napa and of course exploring and drinking lots of wine and cheese! If you have any great recommendations on places to eat/explore please let me know 🙂
