All That Lace

This outfit is a little girly/edgy look that I am loving right now. I was going through my closet last week trying to see what pink I have because I went to a bachelorette party this past weekend and stumbled upon one of my favorite skirts. This skirt is a great length that can go straight from work to a happy hour or dinner. I love the burgundy color that this is and how it can be paired with so many different items. My go to stripe shirt was a perfect combination and was a little texture mixing with the lace and the silk. I have been trying to pull more pinks and reds out of my closet lately because of this upcoming super romantic month we all know as February. For those of you who don’t like all the girly colors this skirt meets in the middle by being dainty, but edgy as well.

If you added a blazer over it and tucked in the top it would give it a whole new look. That is one of my favorite things about buying pieces that are neutrals like lace and stripes is that you can wear them so often. If you change up the heels for some rock studded booties you have a fun valentines day out with the girls outfit too. Speaking of out with the girls, I was in New Orleans all weekend for one of my friends bachelorette parties. We had such a good time with all the great food, dressing up and just acting goofy together. I am loving this time of year with all of the weddings happening. It is hard for all of my college girlfriends to try to get together so we live for weekends like this! Hope everyone had a great weekend.
