TGIF! This has been a busy busy week and all I want to do is get into a lounge outfit like in this look and get comfortable. I am a sucker for some great denim jeans and these ripped blank skinnies are on repeat on a weekly basis. This athleisure look is one that you can wear from going and shopping to grabbing coffee. It is one of those looks that you show up in and your hair and makeup are done, yet you are in comfortable clothes. I love the athleisure looks because they are effortless and easy. I always laugh because it’s like hey want to make it look like we have worked out by putting our tennis shoes on but have our hair and makeup done too? Yes, is always the answer and I tend to embrace this athleisure look on the weekends. These tennis shoes I love because they have that old school flair which as you know I love a little vintage in my closet. When you pair tennis shoes with anything you instantly give it a little more dressed down look that can still be fashionable too, and not to mention super comfortable. As you know I love booties and knee highs, but if I get a chance to wear tennis shoes I am all about that comfort.

Speaking of comfort, holy cow this is probably the softest and most comfortable little sweater that I have worn. My roommate got this for my birthday and it is one of those tops that you can sleep in and then wake up and go. What makes this unique and a little flirty are the cut outs on the shoulder. If you changed the shoes to some heeled booties you could even rock this look on a casual date. I mean who wants to wear booties and heels anyway after a long week of work?! Athleisure looks have been all of the rage lately and I like how versatile these pieces can be in your wardrobe. As it gets closer to the holidays what better way to run errands than a look like this. Isn’t everyone already trying to deck out their home in the cutest fall pieces for the upcoming holidays. I know this is my favorite time of year, and being comfortable while fashionable is key.
