Happy Monday everyone! How was your weekend? I spent the last weekend for a while at another bachelorette party weekend in Wimberley, TX. That little town was so cute and we went to a winery and had a blast being outside. The weather was so nice and I loved getting to mingle with my favorite girls. Yesterday my roomie and I finally went and layed out by the pool too. This was the first time this year and man was it a bright sunshine day! It is officially hot in Houston and when I am by the pool or have a nice cold drink or even better a popsicle in my hand I feel content! Popsicles are the best treat on a hot summer day and ever since I was younger I have loved having one outside. I spotted this dress at Anthropologie a couple of weekends ago and knew it would make such a fun summer look. That store seriously always has the best items. I feel like I go in for one thing and then end up finding such cute original finds that I have to have them.

This dress has such a great classic fit with the color, flare and buttons and to add fun popsicles on it just makes it amazing. I love wearing pieces that are fun and unique like this! I have several cardigans that have had pineapples on them or seahorses, but popsicles are even better. This dress paired with one of my favorite pink handbags and neutral heels make it such a fun outfit. I can’t get over this fun wall where I have also taken pictures here and here. It really makes the outfit pop and the popsicles stand out. Another favorite summer treat of mine is snow cones. I will be going to Chicago in a couple of weeks and heard of a fun place where they have alcoholic snow cones! If you have been and have any good recommendations then send them my way 🙂
