When I think of fall I think of neutrals with warm colors. This goes from anything from my home decor to obviously my clothes and accessories too. There is nothing better than finding a dress in a neutral color that has detail as well. When I spotted this embroidered dress it immediately stuck out to me as being trendy, while still having the laid back look I love about fall fashion. It is a little boho inspired and between my fringe bag and this lace up top I think you know that I love this look right now. When the temperatures start to drop and you want a trendy but laid back look, a dress like this is the answer. I love how this dress has the drop waist and has the bell sleeves as well. Bell sleeves give it a girly vintage look that I love. They are the sleeve style right now and I can’t get enough of them, just like this cute top. Neutral dresses with extra embellishments like embroidery make them anything but ordinary. It is all about the extra touches when you are looking to get a piece that you can pair with lots of different things.

I have already worn this dress twice in the past month because it is so comfortable. When I was in Dallas for brunch I wore it, and then last weekend for my friend’s gender reveal party. It is one of those pieces that screams fall and when paired with tall boots will for sure make a statement. Pairing it with neutrals is what I did when I wore this to both of my events. At first I paired it with some fringe boots for an extra vintage boho look. When wearing booties with any type of dress it gives it a little more casual look that can go straight from looking at pumpkins this time of the year to going and grabbing some coffee with some girlfriends. Embroidery pieces like this are all about mixing and matching, and when it comes to accessories look no further than some chic leather and suede pieces. This saddle bag crossbody has easily become my favorite new bag. I mean for the price tag as well for an all leather bag you seriously can’t beat it. Vera Bradley is not all about printed bags anymore, but instead have a high designer luxe look with an inexpensive price tag which I am loving right now. Stay tuned to see more pieces as I start getting prepped for my event in November.
