Fall Stripes

It has already been a busy week and today starts an even busier day. Today starts my Disaster Recovery test that I plan all year for at work and I am working night shifts from 8 pm-8 am. I am trying to adjust my body, which isn’t as easy as it used to be back in college. I did have a great birthday weekend though that ended way too fast. On Friday I went to this really cute bar called Public Services where my friends met me and we had cocktails in the historic building. Then we went to Batanga and enjoyed a nice dinner on the patio complete with wine of course. On Saturday I went to my brothers and we celebrated both of our birthdays together. The weather felt so nice this weekend that I tried to spend as much time as I could outside. During this time of year with all of the sports games on, it is so nice to be able to sit around and enjoy the nice weather with friends and family. This outfit has now become a fun fashionable outfit to wear since the temperatures have dropped. I finally bought a long vest and absolutely love it. I couldn’t decide between the pink or black at first, but went ahead with the black for fall. It is the one item that can go with so many different looks for layering. I have already worn it with so many items including a casual v-neck too. Long jackets,vests and dusters have been everywhere lately and I can see why. They are so trendy and comfortable too. Not to mention that they are long which gives that extra added warmth, but are very stylish as well. I am into the long flowy vests and capes as well.
