A jacket can make a great statement piece when layered with your everyday closet staples. I love vintage finds because they are so unique and no one else will be wearing the same thing. A lot of my vintage pieces have been jackets and fun prints and colors. This gold jacket mixes both elegance with edge. The flaps and buttons down the front give it a structured feel, but the color is too fun. There are so many colors going through the jacket that you can pair many different things underneath.

I chose to pair this jacket with an animal top and my new favorite skinnies. This jacket would also be a great staple over a cocktail dress for a night event or with ripped denim and sneakers for an unexpected casual look. This is a staple vintage find that will remain in my closet and be worn lots during the week and weekend as well! Speaking of weekend I had so much fun at the Rodeo cookoff. It is my favorite time in Houston and always a ton of fun! I hope everyone had a great weekend as well 🙂
