I am one day behind, but still celebrating the beloved National Ice Cream Day! Holidays like these I seem to just thoroughly embrace. Anything that involves food or something that can take you off of your so called “diet” and indulge a little is my kind of holiday. I mean hello it is summer and who doesn’t love an ice cream on a nice summer day. This past week I was traveling for work and went to Arkansas and Louisiana all week. When traveling it is very hard to eat healthy. Honestly I indulged in several desserts and some unhealthy fried food, it is very hard to say no. As you can see from when I wore this handbag in this previous post, I like ice cream and have pretty much carried this from a night out to a casual denim look. There is almost no way you can not wear shorts right now in Houston because of this heat. Lately all I can think about is grabbing a nice cold ice cream which drew me into this handbag. I love when accessories are so fun and can be functional as well. Like can we talk about this little ship clutch!! I died when I saw this and it would be so fun for my cruise I will be going on in September along with this tote.

Summer time is always the time of year that you can play with so many great accessories and color and almost seem like a little kid again. Speaking of color I for sure incorporated that in a fun shoot for BNB styling’s 2 year anniversary on Friday as you can see from this shoot here. I even could have incorporated the little ice cream bag! If you didn’t know it is the Nordstrom Anniversary sale for card holders right now and will be opening up for everyone on the 22nd.
