It is almost the fourth of July weekend and I can’t wait! This is one of my favorite holidays other than like Christmas of course because it is spent outside and there are games, food and fun! I always like to spend it with my friends and family doing something outside whether that is going to a BBQ, spending it at the lake or just enjoying the fireworks. Ever since I was growing up I have loved to shoot fireworks on this holiday and have popsicles or snocones since it is always so hot. I can never forget about having a fun July 4th outfit to tie everything back together. Normally this has to consist of shorts or some type of dress. Since the off the shoulder look has been everywhere lately as you can see in this post, I couldn’t say no to this dress. Dresses are so easy and add a little dressy aspect to an otherwise super casual holiday. What I liked about this dress is how light the material is so I didn’t have to worry about sweating so much which is always a plus. With Houston weather I have to sometimes look for material first before I actually buy it. I also have been eyeing these dresses too which are all at a ridiculous price.

That is one thing when buying summer dresses is I always think of price. I just can’t see myself spending more than $50 for a dress that I will wear a couple of times, and that is so casual. I love to just stock up on little summer dresses that are easy to go with any outfit like in this post. If you pair them with wedges it can make for a great more dressy July 4th outfit. If you are going to be entertaining this weekend make sure to check out my July 4th entertaining post for all of your essentials. I will be spending my time by the pool, possibly going to a brewery and meeting my boyfriends parents for the first time on July 4th. I plan on wearing this outfit and we are going to go to the country club and then watch the fireworks that night. I feel like I need to bake them a fun July 4th dessert. I plan on looking on Pinterest for some ideas. If you have any please send them my way, and I hope you are getting just as excited as me for this weekend! Make sure to follow along on snapchat BNBstyling for all of the details on this weekend 🙂
