I got in last night from Charleston and had an absolute blast for the Southwest Blog Society conference. The town is so quant and cute with all of the bright colored buildings and is filled with so much history. I got to meet so many other fellow bloggers that I had just known by their insta handle so it was so nice to put a face with a name! While I had debated on what to bring I knew that patterns was for sure a must. I like to mix pattern on pattern in bright colors, but if you want to keep it still classic black and white is always a good idea.
Stripes in black and white and floral in this color scheme are a great way to show that different patterns really do look good together. Full floral skirts are such a feminine approach that is great for a brunch, wedding or any other special event. My favorite t-shirt is one that has stripes and I have so many in my closet that are always on hand to be paired with anything. As you will see later in my posts from Charleston I incorporated a lot of pattern into my outfits! This kept it fun despite the humidity and heat, ahh I wish I was still there. Hope everyone has a great Monday and a short week!
