Today is not just about having a BBQ or going to the lake, but it is a special day to remember all of those who have passed while serving our country’s armed forces. This is a very special day where we show respect to the ones who have fallen. This weekend I was able to spend a little bit of time outdoors, when it was not raining here in Houston. I got to hang out by the pool, attend the Rockets game and go to a fun wedding. My favorite activity during a long weekend is to spend it outside with the ones I love. My parents live about 5 minutes away from the lake which is nice to go hang out on the pier and watch all of the boats. This past weekend I was able to do just that in this all American look. I bought this sundress at Old Navy last week among other things. Since this is pretty much the start of summer now, I will be living in sundresses like these all throughout the summer. I paired it with these tassel earrings that I am obsessed with. Tassel is everywhere right now and I love it so much. I don’t wear enough red, which I should be, so these are a great earring that could also be paired with an all white look. Red, white, and blue is a look that is oh so classic and will be worn many more times this summer!
