Good morning lovelies, how was everyone’s weekend? I spent it basically the whole weekend eating my way through the weekend. It was Houston restaurant month as most of you know and I tried 2 restaurants Vallone’s and Brennnan’s, and had a food coma the other time. This is my favorite time of year as I basically love trying new restaurants and cocktails as well. I am a sucker for anything new and I am always reading food openings online. Cocktails have been on my radar lately as well and anything cold and frozen since the heat here in Houston. What better way to dress when getting cocktails then a fun summer cocktail dress. I wore this dress for the cocktail party in Charleston when I went last weekend. What I liked about it was the tropical feel it had with the print and colors like in this jumpsuit too. Lately as you know I have been looking for items that I can wear on the cruise too and this dress is one of them. I love how girly and fun it is with the cut out back and the glittery feel.

A girl always needs a fun cocktail dress in her closet and this dress does not disappoint. I finally went through half of my closet last week with the help of my mom, and got rid of so much stuff. A lot of my fun dresses and rompers I still kept because of the colors and thinking I can wear them again some time. I am a sucker for fun dresses and love to get all dolled up for an event, especially in the summer. Just yesterday when we went to Brennnan’s I was able to wear this dress which I love because of the color. This week will be another busy week but I am going to be able to relax on the weekend as I start preparing for the cruise. I hope everyone has a great Monday!
