Good morning everyone! Hope you have been having a good week so far. To me it has been one of the slowest weeks in a long time, and I feel like I could use another vacation. When I get back from traveling though I always feel like I need a vacation from a vacation. Does anyone else feel like that? This outfit is one that I wore on our Napa/Sonoma mother daughter trip when we flew into San Francisco. One thing I have to make sure to wear when traveling is a little bit of layers because the planes can get so cold and I always want to be able to just tie a cardigan around my waist if I get hot.

I was expecting San Francisco and Napa/Sonoma to be more on the cooler side and not hot, but during the day other than the humidity it didn’t feel too much cooler than Houston! My mom and I like I have said before had never been to California so we had to do a little bit of touristy sight seeing in San Francisco before we drove to Napa/Sonoma. I have always wanted to ride in a cable car after always seeing them in movies and how classic they are. We did get to ride one but little did I know that the line to ride one would be like the line at an amusement park. So 45 minutes later we were on the cable car! We also went to Fisherman’s Wharf, Ghiradelli Square, saw the Golden Gate Bridge from afar, shopped and ate on Filmore Street. Oh and can’t forget that we saw the house from Mrs. Doubtfire. That is by far one of my favorite movies, so I was really excited to at least see this on the outside. This outfit was the perfect and comfortable look for sightseeing around town. My boyfriend jeans were comfortable enough to wear when we did so much walking and my TB are always a trusted shoe to just throw on and go. I did notice that not a lot of people wore hats which is fine, had to stand out somehow 😉
