When I saw this tulle skirt in purple I knew it would be the perfect new addition for a fun look. I have never worn a tulle skirt, but ever since I have been watching Sex and the City I knew I had to have my Carrie moment. There is something so girly about this material that makes you feel like a princess. Between the twirling and the delicate material it honestly feels like you are playing dress up! I love to have statement pieces and to be honest I have more fun prints in patterns and colors than I do basic pieces. This skirt is anything but basic. Shabby Apple carries so many different colors and styles of this unique skirt. They carry pieces that you can wear on a night out or just with a chambray top for a more casual look. You can do anything with a fun great tulle skirt and they have a great selection that fits anyone’s budget or style as well.

I chose this pretty purple color as it will really make an outfit pop with its refreshing color. I don’t have that much purple in my closet even though my college color was purple, so adding it into my wardrobe is always nice. As tulle skirts have been popular that notion that you can play dress up now every day really does exist. A girl needs to have some girly pieces in her closet, and a great skirt like this does the trick. Sometimes it is fun to just get dressed up even if you don’t have anywhere to go. A fun skirt in a even better color brings so much joy to my closet. Speaking of closet I really do need to start going through it, as there is so much I could get rid of to make room for more fun clothes like this!
