Who has been wearing comfy loungewear over the last 3 weeks? I know I have and everyone else. Makeup, fixing my hair, or looking cute has gone out the window for a few more weeks. My co-workers and I joke that when this thing is over everyone is going to be lined up outside of the nail and hair salon. I did put makeup on for the first time last Thursday just to feel a little more put together. This brightened my mood a little with a colorful top that I threw on, even though it was extra comfy. During this time of being inside, a little comfy meets cute can brighten up your day. Hey dressing up to get some essentials at the grocery store or grabbing wine can be a cute way to add in some new looks. You can even have a Fancy Friday where you dress up and FaceTime your friends for happy hour which would be so much fun.

This comfy pearl sweater is one that I have personally worn over leggings during this time of quarantine, but can’t wait to wear it again with a skirt like this. Today is a perfect time to wear a comfy sweater as it feels so good with the weather being a little cooler out. I have not fully transitioned all of my Winter clothes to my Spring clothes yet because comfy sweaters are here to stay for the next month. I hope you all have a rhythm and routine for transitioning into working from home now. If you haven’t read my tips here that I have been following, let me know what some of yours are as well. There is so much to look forward to when this is over and so many lessons that it has taught us about slowing down and being there for one another. I hope you are able to enjoy that book you have been wanting to read or that project you have wanted to do, even though you might have a mix of feelings. We are all in this together 🙂
