Happy Wednesday! I hope your week has been going well and fast so far. I had a blast recently this past weekend in Denver, and can’t wait to show you my travel guide soon of all of the places that we ended up visiting and exploring. It was so much fun and I am glad I was able to get out of Houston just for a short weekend and explore different areas that I had never been before. Being that it is almost the end of May, I had hoped to be able to rock some of my off the shoulder looks while I was there this weekend. Nope, it was averaging in the 40’s, so back to some winter clothes for me. This was a nice switch of weather though, and I did enjoy it for a little while. I can’t wait to bring out all of the off the shoulder looks again. My friends say that this is probably my favorite date night staple look that I always go to.

I must say there is something so girly about an off the shoulder dress. I have been wearing this style from a top to a dress and an even a romper and jumpsuit over the last couple of years. It is one of those looks that no matter what the weather is, it gives it a little edge even paired with some jeans and booties. I first bought this dress to celebrate my roomie’s birthday over Cinco de Mayo weekend. The first thing that caught my attention was the little ruffles at the top and the cut outs. The material is one that can for sure be worn in the hottest of weather, and feels completely lightweight. There is so much you can do with an off the shoulder dress and this cut out off the shoulder dress should be on your list for upcoming looks!
