Hello are you sick of me talking about off the shoulder trends yet?? I know they are everywhere, but I honestly still can’t get enough of them. There is probably at least one part of my closet now that is dedicated to this trend, and I am quite ok with that. I have been wearing pieces in bold prints like this cactus top and floral dress, but I do like to stick to the basics too. This week a lot of kids went back to school and that means that summer time is starting to come to an end. I know the bright colors and wild prints are getting put away for a bit. What I like about this top and since the weather is starting to cool down, is that it would be perfect for a date night. I always think a date night starts with a top in a solid color with some skinny jeans and go to heels. Something that is classic and not too crazy. What I love about this top is the smocked feel to it and the flowy sleeves. It has the best of both worlds and that it is black and can go with anything too.

A date night off the shoulder look is something that we should all add to our closets. You can mix and match with this like I did here with tassel earrings in the summer or pair it with some booties and studs in the fall. All I know is that I can’t wait for the cooler weather to come already. Did you all see my post on fall date ideas, this outfit would be great for one of those fun nights! Are you all sick of the off the shoulder trend? What are some of your favorite date night looks?
