Can you all believe it is April already?? This year has seriously gone by way too fast for me and I can’t believe that Easter is already next weekend. One thing that I love about this time of year that I have mentioned before is getting new dresses in pretty pastel colors. If you saw my Spring workwear attire you know I like all color right now. One color that has always been one of my favorites and that I don’t wear enough is blue. I need to wear it more than I do black since my eyes are blue, but sometimes I gravitate towards more black tops or dresses. Those are getting pushed to the other side of the closet right now as color is everywhere and it is so refreshing for Spring. When I went to the mall last week all I saw was pretty girly lace dresses and crochet everywhere. I wanted them in every color and could not decide between white, blush or blue lace. I am so glad I went with this blue lace dress as it is such a refreshing color for my closet.

Let’s talk about the price tag first on this dress. It is only $55 and looks like it should be at least $155 in my opinion. When I first picked this dress up I thought it would be and then was shocked to find it was under $100, what a steal! The intricate floral lace detail sets this dress apart from others I have seen. I also had looked at a lace halter dress, but realized that this was more church appropriate and in general better for Easter. I like how it is not too tight but flares out and gives you room to move around. When paired with neutral accessories it gives it just the perfect amount of color. What all are you doing for Easter? I will be spending it with my family and probably doing a brunch and church like we always do. I also can’t wait to decorate eggs soon. I know I am still a little kid at heart!
