A favorite classic color that I have been loving lately is gray. It is so easy to throw with so many different looks and it goes with everything. I normally always throw a black or white piece with a bold print together for a fun outfit, but I think I like gray more. It can go from the cooler months to spring like when I wore this dress here. I actually was just saying how I would love to buy a t-shirt gray dress for the summer and wear them with some fun espadrilles like these that I am about to buy. I found this gray v-neck shirt in my drawer and decided to dress it up a little. Personally I love basics with a little pop of print, it makes you anything but “basic” in my opinion. This blazer is one that I wear to work all the time and wore in this post and thought it could be worn on the weekends as well. As I have been trying to go through my clothes that is one thing I have noticed that I need to do more of is mix and match pieces that I wear to work and wear on the weekends. This will help you get more use out of your clothes, especially with basics like your gray v-necks.

Speaking of gray ummm Houston did we have a problem the last couple of days with all of this flooding?? There was lots of gray and I am not talking about my favorite color scheme right now. I did get to work from home on Monday which was nice because I physically could not get to work, but when I am inside all day I sometimes feel trapped and non social, haha! Also please keep everyone whose homes were flooded and who are needing resources right now in your thoughts and prayers, I know some of my friends had bad damage and it is raining again!
