Is it just me or can Friday not get here faster??I am off for Good Friday and will be enjoying this day with my family probably hanging out and most likely going shopping with my mom. That is one thing I love to do with her is go shopping. I love going into all of the boutiques looking for clothes and shoes, while she loves the home stores. It is the best of both worlds if you ask me. This look is one that I tend to wear when I am shopping on the weekends at one of my favorite spots, Highland Village. I love how you can grab brunch with your girlfriends, get a mani/pedi and still keep on your outfit if you end up going out that night.

Wearing a simple dress is one thing I love to do. With basics, you can do so much to change the look by adding different accessories. Since the weather is still in the middle between chilly and hot, I am still incorporating some of my winter looks right now. This floppy felt hat is one that I have worn several times including in the cooler months like here and here. With the rodeo just now ending and the 70’s trends still being everywhere lately I thought my fringe bag was a great carry on for this shopping look. Speaking of shopping I have almost finished and I mean not even close to starting my closet clean up, haha!. That is one thing I hate tackling is organizing, but I know that it makes everything better when it looks nicer. Also I will have room for more new clothes which is always a plus!
