St. Patrick’s Day is next Tuesday, and if you are like me then you have almost no pieces in your closet that are green. When I was younger I made sure that I was wearing something green to school that day so that I wouldn’t get pinched. Now a days I feel like the holidays are celebrated even more with more elaborate decorations and “extra” stuff. I mean there is a goodie basket that is made for every holiday it seems like. I don’t hate it, because I love to celebrate events and host parties. Even if you aren’t doing anything Tuesday, you can still have a St. Patrick’s Day work look like this outfit. I started with one of my skirts that I wear at least once every 2 weeks. There is something about a great leopard skirt that you can do so much with between work or on the weekends. Then I paired this chunky green sweater with it for a casual meets business type of look.

I don’t know about you but my office is typically cold during the day, so an oversized sweater like this is perfect. Mixing in accessories in neutral colors like gold give this outfit even more glam. The focus is on the leopard print mixed with this pretty green sweater. I bought this sweater for my mother/daughter trip to New York at Christmas and have been wearing it ever since. It is important to be able to mix and match your clothes from the weekends to the office. I typically am pretty dressy when I go to work each day. This outfit works from St. Patrick’s Day in the office to grabbing beers afterwards with some friends. I am actually thinking I will be doing this too on Tuesday. I hope you all have a great week and don’t forget to check out my Spring finds for all of your shopping needs 🙂
