Black & Brown

A classic look that has been on repeat during the last couple of weeks has been this black & brown look. I am not one that hates the black & brown look, but instead embrace it. Most recently I paired a black velvet top with suede pants in this look. I think that the more mixing of these colors the better. As I mentioned recently I love the classic look of it. Wearing an all black look is always something that will be chic in my mind. Between wearing knee high black boots or black sneakers, this is always a great combo. These are my favorite pairs of jeans and I have worn them in so many different ways like this athleisure look. I opted to go for a classic look with my new favorite booties that I got for Christmas. I seriously have been wearing these with everything lately, and they are such good quality while also being super trendy.

One item I have also been wearing lately are belts, which I never tend to wear. This orange belt I have had forever and thought I could pair it with this black & brown look without looking too much like I am ready for Halloween. A belt that I have been seeing a lot lately is this one which I am obsessed with. A little splurge worthy, but I could see myself wearing it almost every day. I am all about investing in pieces like jeans or bags that you are going to wear and that will be a classic. Jewelry and accessories can also be like that depending on what your style and tastes are. I have had my David Yurman bangle that I got when I graduated college and I consider that such a great classic piece that could be worn with a great black & brown look.
