Good morning everyone. Yesterday I flew into California for a work briefing that will be held all day today. Those that have been to California know that the weather is pretty amazing. I would live here if I could because of all of the pretty sights and of course that the humidity is not unbearable like it normally is in Texas. I didn’t really bring a jacket, but instead some blazers for this trip. I  have been buying so many blazers lately as you have seen with this striped one. Ever since I have moved into a new place and cleaned out my closet, I have been focused on getting more classic essential pieces. It helps that you can wear blazers from the office with some slacks or a skirt and to happy hour or the weekends with some jeans. Blazers also come in so many different fabrics for all season long. You remember this velvet blazer I wore during the holidays? There are so many ways you can dress them up or down with this work wear essential.

I have been loving pom poms ever since last year and am so happy that they are still popular. There is something so unique and that always draws my attention when I see items that are embellished like this. It takes the otherwise normal outfit and gives it a trendy new look. I also love that this blazer is white because it is Spring now and it can go with so much. This is light weight and is best worn over a simple tank or v-neck. You can do so much with pieces like this, and can change them out for every season. I don’t know about you but I have already bought some new items for Spring that I am so excited for. That is one of my favorite things to do each season is get a couple of fun new items. It is nice to keep your essentials but change it up a little with trendy items.
