Elaine Turner’s Fall 2014 Launch Party

Last Tuesday I went to the Elaine Turner Fall 2014 launch party at Rice Village with my friend Kate from For the Love of Fancy. This event was so much fun! All of Elaine Turner’s accessories are a combination of contemporary classics, accessible luxury and “Texas-Glam”. I am partial to her handbags and shoes. They are always on trend and can go with any outfit.

During the event there was also a beauty bar provided by June Xu and complimentary sips and light bites from Skinny Ritas and Hungry’s. 20% of all of the proceeds were donated to Texas Children’s Hospital. Giving back to the community is something that is very dear to Elaine’s heart. The store does a lot of charity fundraisers where you can come in, shop all of the glamorous accessories, and give back at the same time. Elaine showcased the 3 key fall 2014 looks and the accessories that help make it your own. They were the leisured luxury, everyday envy and my favorite the perfectly polished look. All were complete with her picks of Elaine Turner shoes and handbags.

I had so much with Elaine and getting to know her and the concept and vision behind her brand. From starting in Houston and now having stores in Nashville and New York City, she is defiantly growing throughout the country. The 10th store is scheduled to be opened in November which will be in Houston by the Galleria. I loved looking at the new styles, mingling and talking with Elaine. She is such a great friendly and down to earth woman. Not to mention she is absolutely hilarious!
