Loungewear Set | Blanket | Bowl | Coffee Table | Couch | Pillow

I don’t know about you but there is something so cozy about the Fall that I just love. Between the crisp air, pumpkins, great smelling candles, and everything in between, it is by far my favorite season of the year. I love to cozy up on the couch with my favorite blanket and watch a movie. Lazy Saturdays or Sundays are the best day for this when you can just be at home and not worry about anything. Watching a movie was my favorite thing about quarantine and just relaxing with some good popcorn and an even better movie. There is something unique about movies set in the Fall that make this time even more cozy. Grab your favorite loungewear like I I did and have a date night and enjoy my favorite Fall movies below.

Favorite Fall Movies

  • You’ve Got Mail: This is a classic 90’s movie that we all have seen before. The cute relationship between Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan was the start of the online dating era. It takes place in New York in the Fall, which is for sure on my bucket list to go during that time of year. Between the leaves changing and the beautiful parks, this is one of those movies you have to watch during this season.
  • Little Women: A new version of this movie came out last year which was so cute, and that I loved watching. It is such a great representation of family and the bond between sisters. Between the dresses, the time period, and the great Fall weather, this is a cute movie to watch with the whole family.
  • Halloween: If you want a classic thriller I can’t think of a better option than Halloween to watch. I remember watching this when I was younger and it seemed so scary. I can’t believe Jamie Lee Curtis has still starred in these movies as recent as last year. There are so many versions of this and it is good for a thriller during this season.
  • When Harry Met Sally: Just like with You’ve Got Mail, this takes place in the Big Apple during the Fall. This is such a cute movie about love and whether a man and woman can be just friends. I love how they meet again and the restaurants and scenes all throughout this movie have you dreaming of the great Fall foliage.
  • Practical Magic: This is an oldie but goodie with 2 of the best actresses I know. Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman spin up some practical magic in this cute movie. You think how can the magic be practical, just wait and see!
  • Pocahontas: Talk about a blast from the past. Those with Disney plus or love watching Disney movies, remember this classic? Being outside during the Fall and everything about this movie is great to watch during this time of year. It makes you want to go outside and dance with the wind and sing some of the songs.
  • The Blind Side: It wouldn’t be Fall without some Football. Even though this year is a little different with sports, that doesn’t mean you can’t have a great movie with America’s sport in it. The Blind Side is a classic, and one of those stories that touches everyone’s heart.
  • Edward Scissorhands: I always thought this was a cute movie and one that is so unique. Johnny Depp in his younger years for sure! The makeup and costumes in this movie are so great. I kid you not I always get this movie in a game of charades too that I have to act out.
  • Stepmom: A tear jerker movie for sure, and one that will make you smile throughout as well. I love the slumber party dance party in this, and of course Fall leaves throughout!
  • Hocus Pocus: This is by far my favorite Fall movie. I have loved this since I was little, and have always wanted to dress up as them for Halloween. I have several Hocus Pocus themed decorations at my place, and this movie never gets old. Even though this is just a Fall and more particular Halloween movie, this is still on my top 5 movies.

Hope you enjoyed my picks for favorite Fall movies to enjoy during these next 2 months. Take the time to relax and really get to enjoy some of these feel good movies. There is nothing better than a comfy couch and some loungewear and enjoying a great movie. What are some of your favorite Fall movies?!
