I can’t believe that Memorial Day weekend is less than 2 weeks away! Like I have said before, this year is seriously flying by so fast and I can’t believe that it is already the middle of May. If you saw on social media this weekend you know that I surprised my mom with a plane ticket to Savannah, Georgia for another mother/daughter trip that I can’t wait for. If you remember we have been to Napa/Sonoma and then Charleston. It will be nice to get away for a little mommy and me time and some rest and relaxation. Southern Charm is probably one of our favorite shows to watch and we have talked about visiting Savannah for over a year now. One thing that I do know about this Southern town is that it can be extremely humid just like in Houston. That type of weather calls for some easy looks to explore in and eat my way through the city. This striped dress is one that I found that goes with everything and is under $30! Stripes as you have seen me wear lots of times have become one of those staple prints that you can wear any season.

Since we will be in Savannah during Memorial Day weekend I thought that this look would be one that I will for sure be bringing along with me. I always like to wear some type of flowy dress like I did last year in this white dress. You can never go wrong with a cute dress that works not only for Memorial Day, but also all summer long. That is my favorite thing about dresses like this is that you can pair them with wedges or put some flats or fun sneakers onfor a completely different look.
