Happy Friday y’all! Is it non-stop go for all of you too this December? I feel like I have had so much going on since October that I haven’t had time to really relax. I did take a day off today which I still did work some, but I finally got my curtains done and installed in my bedroom and my frame wall hung up. I absolutely love it and am so glad it is slowly coming together. Transforming your place is a lot of work, not to mention a lot of money as well. It is nice to get new stuff like this and some new clothes and booties too. Like I have mentioned before, I always get a new pair of booties during this time of year. I get so much more out of my wardrobe if I can buy some booties instead of just a new fun top. These white booties have easily become my fave winter booties so far!

I have worn them with long sweater dresses or with a shorter dress for a more modern look like I did here. I love how they are inspired by the 60’s, which was such a fun fashion era. They have styles now from western, chunky heels or this kitten heel look. One of my favorite ways to wear this look is with some relaxed jeans and a solid or stripe top and a fur jacket. I love how the modern look is so big right now. This trend is what drew me to this blue and black dress that is so fun! I love how the back of the dress is black and there is even a pocket in the front as well. Little unexpected accents like this make any dress that much more fun. If you don’t have any staple pieces or some white booties, I would check them out as you would be surprised with everything they can go with!
