Pineapple Skirt

How has your week been going so far? I don’t know about you but I felt like the weekend was way too short. It always feels like that to me especially when I am relaxing and taking naps and watching movies all weekend 😉 I think also in the summertime the weekends have always seemed so short ever since I was younger. Now since I am older one of the last things I want to do is be outside on the weekends, unless that involves a frozen rose at the pool. It has just been so hot lately, and it does make me miss growing up having a boat as a family. At least there are a lot of cool places to do a summer happy hour. I feel like this has been my life lately because there has been so much going on, and sometimes enjoying a nice cold beverage that maybe has a pineapple in it is key for this time of year.

Speaking of pineapple, this pineapple skirt is so cute for a fun summer look. I for sure normally wear dresses instead of skirts, but this one brings everything into one fun look. The color caught my eye immediately in this pretty coral color. A skirt is always 10 times better when it is high waisted, and this one is just that. The material is such great quality and thick that you could even wear it to work with a white classic button down. In the summer an off the shoulder top is the perfect little addition to this fun skirt. There are so many different ways you could style this including with a tank and a denim jacket.
