Spring Heels

Happy Wednesday everyone! We are halfway through the week already and it is going by way too fast. I hope you all had a great Easter spent with your family and friends. I relaxed all weekend long with my family which was so nice to finally do. We had also seen the movie Breakthrough, which if you haven’t seen it go to the theaters now and bring lots of tissues. It was for sure one of those feel good movies that they should have more of. Another thing that you have heard me say lots of times lately is that I have been going through my wardrobe and doing a little Spring cleaning. It is so interesting what you find that you think “Wow I haven’t worn these in a while!” That was exactly my thoughts when I spotted these fun yellow Spring heels and immediately had to pair them with any type of outfit.

You know I have been into yellow for Spring with this pop of yellow sweater that I wore recently. This is one of those colors that can instantly make an outfit seem more warm weather appropriate than any other color it seems like. When I have been transitioning into the warmer weather here in Houston, I have tried to stay with pieces that if the weather decides to jump about 20 degrees over night, I at least haven’t packed away all of my pieces that can be used for layering during this time of year. This denim on denim is one that I like to wear all times of the year like I did here. Pairing a classic style with some fun Spring heels, gives it an updated look that would be fun for any big event you have coming up. I don’t know about you but it has been shower season with weddings and babies in my life. Can’t wait to wear these heels as I continue to share in my friend’s celebrations this Spring.
