TGIF!!! I don’t know about you but I feel like it is only the 3rd week of the new year, but feels like it should be the 3rd month. There is a lot going on and I already have a lot on my to-do list. Good thing I like to stay organized and it makes the day go by faster, because I would be extra frazzled if not. On the weekends lately even though I also have a personal to-do list that I have been putting off, I like to remain comfy and casual with this casual sweater dress. Since it hasn’t really felt like Winter here in Houston lately, it is sometimes hard to justify this dress because it is extremely warm. It will be cooler this weekend and rainy which I can’t wait for. There are several books that I need to finish and one that I need to start reading for book club that I can’t wait to read. When it is cozy and cold out, is the perfect time to read a book.

Lately I have also been enjoying getting some walking in since there is not really time for enough sunlight by the time I get home from work during the week. I have been going to 19th street a lot in the Heights because I am obsessed with 2 of the boutiques that they have and they just opened up a Jenni’s Ice Cream as well. When I do this a look like this cozy sweater dress and some fashion sneakers are my favorite things to wear if I am not wearing workout clothes. These sneakers have been pretty amazing and not to mention they are under $25 as well! A cozy but still fashionable look like this is great for the weekend. I think a floppy hat makes it so chic and hey you don’t even have to worry about the dry shampoo either! This casual sweater dress is one you for sure have to add to your closet.
