It is that time of year where the weather feels amazing, the flowers are blooming, and the outfits are even better. If you read my monthly newsletter that was sent out yesterday you know that I got to set up my patio furniture over the weekend and I can’t wait to start enjoying it. There is something so nice about sitting outside with a cup of coffee or wine and just relaxing. That is something that I have been trying to really focus on is just relaxing and taking each day as it comes. After I went through my closet when I did a full clean sweep recently, I for sure noticed which clothes items are indeed my favorites. It’s funny how you can have so many, but then there are only about 10-15 pieces that are your go to’s every week. This dress is for sure one of those that I have had for several years and is a favorite. I have worn it everywhere from a baby shower to a date night. When you have a dress in a neutral color like this that is a good length and material, you can do so much with it.

A lot of times for me a date night looks like some jeans and an easy off the shoulder blouse like in this look. I do like in the Spring time to change it up a little with a dress. There is something so girly about a dress, and wearing the right accessories can do so much to change it up a little. When I saw these shoes I knew I needed to have them because I for one do not have enough black shoes, and two because of the fun embellishments on them. They remind me of the Valentino rockstuds, but with a super affordable price tag. That to me is a win when you find pieces that not only you can wear for date night, but also to brunch or shopping with your girlfriends as well.
